Yu Jing Qiu is a registered physiotherapist in Canada and a registered acupuncturist in Manitoba and BC. She is graduated from Bejing University of Chinese Medicine in 1982. She has had 5 years of training in China and 7 years work at the Bejing University of Chinese Medicine's Dongzhimen Hospital. In 1989, she traveled to Canada and worked as a Chinese Medical Doctor at the Massotherapy Clinic. In Winnipeg, She has practiced Chinese medicine ( acupuncture, Chinese berbs and Chinese massage) for 22 years. She runs Hua Xia Acupuncture and Herb College of Canada, teaching diploma courses on acupuncture, herbs and Chinese massgae. She is the president of the Acupuncture, Herb and Chinese Massage Association of Manitoba. She has also received physiotherapy training at the University of Manitoba's School of Rehabilitation.
Currently, she is working at the Bei Jing Acupuncture Clinic, the Hua Xia Acupuncture and Herb College of Canada and Physiotherapy Pain Clinic at Unit A-2810 Pembina Hwy. Treatments include acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Chinese massage and physiotherapy.She treats a variety of diseases including respiratory diseases, musculoskeletal diseases and neurological problems.
